BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Scott Ritchie
Scott Ritchie

Scott Ritchie is a co-founder and Director of Solutionaries International.

He was raised in New Canaan, Connecticut, and received a BA from the Maryland Institute College of Art.  After nearly two decades as an Executive Producer in high-end advertising, followed by 15 years as a General Contractor, Scott shifted his focus to include humanitarian and charitable work, domestically and internationally.  He attended a Kingdom Ministry School in California equipping him with Kingdom lifestyle and vision.

This transition included work with Young Life, non-profit work in SE Asia combatting human trafficking, Bethel Global Response- a crisis response team established in Northern California, and involvement with a City Transformation Team in that same region.

Having been raised in America’s East Coast, Scott brings great understanding to legacy and inheritance.  Passionate to empower generations to walk in their legacy together, Scott and his wife Diane, launched Solutionaries International, to “ignite hope and revive communities” by championing community catalysts as agents of revival and reformation.  By re-engaging with their familial and spiritual legacy, catalysts and their communities can be restored back to their original design.

Scott leads with honor and action. His heart is to equip men to be servant leaders of great marriages and families, and to establish healthy families worldwide.  With Diane, they have travelled to Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Caribbean to serve communities by equipping and empowering leaders and to call up a generation of honorable fathers.

Since the devastating genocide of October 2023, Israel has become their sole focus- connecting international allies with Israeli leaders of revival and reformation.

Although Finnish by heritage, Scott jokes that he is a “Finn with a fin.”He loves a hot sauna after a frigid day skiing, but is just as at home in the Mediterranean surf off Israel’s coast, or kayaking the rivers of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  Scott and Diane have 4 wonderful adult children and are enjoying seeing their lives expand and impacting their communities with love.

Diane Ritchie

Diane Ritchie is a co-founder and CEO of Solutionaries International.

Raised in America’s Midwest, she received a BS in Nursing from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.  After a 15 year stint of Critical Care Nursing, she was honored to raise three extraordinary children and lead numerous children’s and youth programs in her city and churches, coaching and mentoring youth and operating as a Licensed Chaplain in her region.

Diane is known for her passionate and creative visionary leadership which ignites hope within community members and leaders.  She launched an innovative non-profit in Southern Arizona championing youth for 15 years as community revival catalysts for deep and lasting transformation.  Throughout the years, she has led numerous teams internationally to ignite and engage revival catalysts in countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, Taiwan, Indonesia, Russia, Mexico and the Middle East.

Diane’s passion to see holistic revival emanated from her personal encounter’s with the Father’s love in the early 1990’s. These encounters awakened a burden to offer freedom- spiritually, emotionally and relationally, empowering hundreds out of addictions and bondage.

Diane is known as one who truly “loves the one in front of her,” seeing value and potential in every human being.

With her husband Scott, Solutionaries was launched in 2021 to create a platform to join “kings and priests” to fuel change and ignite hope internationally.  After a season of empowering youth with academic scholarships, building homes for widows and orphans and training community influencers with Kingdom Culture, a shift came in October 2023 to focus all their attention on the needs within Israel.  In lieu of the war season in Israel, Diane is passionate to see hope restored among those traumatized throughout the land.

If you don’t find Diane out inviting and igniting restoration, you will most likely find her enjoying her children and grandchildren, or enjoying the wild outdoors with Scott, her family and global friends.
