WHO WE ARE

What an honor to share this journey of healing and harmony with you. In 2014, Diane began waking regularly at 3:33 am. God directed her to Ezekiel 33, inviting her to be a watchman for Israel, and Psalm 133 to pray for harmony between brothers.​

 

In 2019, Scott and Diane began the first of 10 journeys to Israel discovering the land, the people, the joys and the heartaches of this beautiful nation. From Tel Aviv to Acco, Jerusalem to Jaffa, Mt. Hermon to Eliat, a most glorious story unfolded of a place where Father Abraham came to establish His family and bless the nations of the world. A love for Israel was indelibly inscribed on their hearts.

 

Walking the Biblical Holy Land caused every word of the Hebrew and Christian Scriptures to come alive. Although they found the history fascinating, developing friendships with Jews and Arabs, Messianics and Muslims, is what truly awakened their hearts. Yet simultaneously, they grieve to realize the constant underlying conflict, frequent missiles flying from the south, safe houses in every building, confusion with Zones A, B and C, and tension with unpredictable eruptions of anger even in the ancient passages of the Holy City of Jerusalem.

 

For the past decade, Solutionaries (previously Victory Generation) has successfully equipped and empowered global community reformers to discover peace and true healing for themselves and their regions, but the history of this conflict presents a unique dynamic. This conflict has lasted thousands of years. Israel is a land and nation rich with history, agricultural abundance, technological superiority, world class beaches and gorgeous sunsets, but the Ritchies have found the greatest asset to be “people of hope.” Although the dust seems to be constantly settling, hope continues to arise from the ashes.

 

The Ritchies consider it the honor of a lifetime to love both Jews and Arabs in the land, and to partner with their healing dreams to build a better tomorrow. There is a unique role for the Gentile in these days. Through Solutionaries International, this couple and their team consider themselves global ambassadors for Israel. They have chosen to give themselves fully to praying to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob for the destiny of Israel and the healing of a 3,000 year old wound. They provide education to enlighten minds and hearts to historical truth. They bring international tourists on solidarity tours to become allies of Israel and her destiny.

 

Lastly, they are providing a bridge through which Israelis and international allies can build lasting solutions together. These Redemption Projects come from the heart of Israelis themselves to address root causes of age-old struggles. The sons of Abraham will one day live together in harmony throughout Israel.
